王思文： 女，经济学博士， 三级 教授，甘肃省白俄罗斯研究院副院长、兰州财经大学国际经济与贸易学院副院长，甘肃省优秀青年文化人才、甘肃省技术标兵， 入选甘肃省陇原青年创新创业人才支持计划，中国世界经济学会理事、中国商业经济学会理事。近五年在《中国软科学》《数量经济技术经济研究》《经济评论》等 核心 刊物发表论文 10 余篇；主持多项省部级课题，作为第一完成人的科研成果获甘肃省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖 1 项、三等奖 2 项 ，教学成果获甘肃省第四届青年教师教学竞赛三等奖、甘肃省高等学校青年教师成才奖。

徐莹： 女， 管理 学博士， 三级 教授， 宁波 财经 学院 国际经济贸易学院副院长， 浙江省中青年学科带头人 、 宁波市领军拔尖人才第一层次 ， 担任 浙江省电子商务教指委委员、浙江省及广东省自然科学基金评委，曾获浙江省第九届青年教师教学技能比赛一等奖、浙江省第二届微课大赛二等奖。 近五年 主持并完成国家社科基金面向项目 1 项，完成省自然科学基金、省哲学社会科学规划课题等 4 项；在 《 European Journal Of Industrial Engineering 》《 系统管理学报 》等刊物发表 核心 论文 10 余篇； 横向经费到款近百万；撰写的资政报告被省发改委采纳并被省政协领导批示。

胡鹏程： 博士，天水师范学院资源与环境工程学院讲师，主要从事地球化学专业相关的教学和科研工作。在Mineralium Deposita、Lithos、International Geology Review 等期刊上发表论文 5 篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项，甘肃省高等学校青年博士基金项目一项。参与国家重点研发计划“深地资源勘查开采”专项子课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目各一项。

施海燕： 女，毕业于西北师范大学，获理学硕士学位。植物学专业，主要开展植物资源开发与利用等有关研究。现为生物工程与技术学院副教授，学科教育硕士生导师。主要讲授实验安全教育，遗传学实验，创新创业导引等课程。先后主持和参与国家自然基金、农业部、科技部、甘肃省科技厅、教育厅、天水市科技局等课题 16 项；发表学术论文 17 篇；主编教材 1 部。研究成果获甘肃省高校科技进步一等奖 1 项，三等奖 2 项，天水市科技进步一等奖 1 项，三等奖 2 项。先后获天水市科技特派员先进典型荣誉称号和“巾帼文明岗”荣誉称号。

于志远： 资环学院教授，硕士生导师，甘肃省创新创业导师，甘肃省首批科技特派员，天水市科技追梦人，师德标兵。长期以来从事陇东南生态环境、陇右文化旅游等方面的研究工作，先后在《光明日报》《Applied ecology and environmental research》等刊物发表学术论文近 50 篇；参编著作教材 5 部；主持及参与国家社科基金、国家自然基金、全球环境基金（GEF）、教育部等各级各类科研项目近 50 余项，其中主持且在研的（红军长征川甘青毗邻区资源调查与梳理）国家社科基金、（新时代高质量发展背景下陇东南红色旅游示范区建设）甘肃省产业支撑项目等科研项目 10 多项；作为主持人或参加者取得的教学或科研成果获各级各类奖励 30 多项，其中国家级奖励 1 项，省级奖励 5 项，厅级奖励 8 项。近年来积极响应国家战略、服务国家需求，开展白俄罗斯环境生态研究，同时作为首批省级科技特派员带领团队在两当、清水、合作等地与企业合作开展红色旅游、生态旅游等方面的工作，主持编制和完成多儿国家级自然保护区、阿夏省级自然保护区《社区生态旅游实施计划和进行能力建设》；开展与白俄罗斯国际研究与交流，完成中白研究所的《白俄罗斯生态环境》的编撰工作。

师玉生： 男，中共党员，管理学博士，教授，甘肃省白俄罗斯研究院中白高等教育研究所所长，河西学院发展规划处副处长。主要从事教育经济与政策、高等教育管理等领域的教学研究工作。近年来，在《现代大学教育》《高教探索》等核心期刊发表论文 10 余篇， 2 篇论文被人大复印资料全文转载，出版专著 1 部；主持或参与省部级及以上科研项目多项，主持或参与完成的教学研究成果获甘肃省教学成果一等奖 1 次、张掖市社科成果一等奖 1 次，获得甘肃省“挑战杯”大学生学术科技竞赛优秀指导教师、河西学院教学优秀奖、河西学院优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。
